The Service Design Conference Europe 2026 Call for Speakers is now open, inviting service designers, user experience practitioners and transformation leaders to submit proposals for this year’s programme. Co-located with the Business Change and Transformation Conference Europe and the Enterprise and Business Architecture Conference Europe, SDC 2026 offers a unique cross-disciplinary environment that brings design, change and architecture professionals together. Our guiding theme for 2026 reflects the essence of great service design: From User Need to Seamless Service – Make Every Interaction Count.


We welcome proposals from both seasoned speakers and first-time presenters. Whether your work focuses on public services, digital platforms, operational redesign or end-to-end experience improvement, SDC 2026 is an ideal platform to share what you’ve learned.

We are accepting submissions for:
• 40-minute conference sessions (08–09 June 2026)
• 3-hour and 6-hour workshops (10–12 June 2026)
• Panels, roundtables or alternative interactive formats

We particularly encourage practitioner-led sessions that explore:
• User-centred service design tools, techniques and mindsets
• Customer journey mapping, blueprinting and end-to-end experience design
• Digital service transformation and new technology experiences
• Case studies, wins, failures and lessons learned from real projects
• Service design for sustainability, equity, accessibility or public value
• Service design collaboration with strategy, enterprise architecture and transformation teams

If your session helps people design better services and experiences, it belongs here.


A compelling proposal should be:
• Clear and written in third person
• Around 150 words
• Supported by 3–5 key takeaways that highlight what participants will learn
• Focused on real practice rather than theory
• Free from sales or promotional content

We value honesty, clarity and practical insight. Whether your project was a breakthrough success or a complex challenge with unexpected lessons, your experience can help others design better services.
