Non-Functional Requirements

This one-day, live online Non-Functional Requirements Workshop provides business analysts and other change professionals with the practical knowledge and techniques needed to effectively identify, analyse and document non-functional requirements (NFRs).

Through an interactive and hands-on format, delegates will explore the importance of NFRs and how they influence the success of projects and solutions. The course examines common categories of non-functional requirements, relevant stakeholder groups and appropriate elicitation techniques, alongside how NFRs should be approached across different change delivery lifecycles.

Participants will learn how to define clear, measurable and well-structured NFRs, apply the MoSCoW prioritisation framework, and use verification and validation techniques to improve quality and achieve stakeholder agreement. The workshop also explores requirements traceability and the opportunities for reusing NFRs across projects.

The course is ideal for business analysts, product owners, requirements engineers, consultants and other practitioners looking to strengthen their requirements analysis capabilities.
