Henri Gordon

Henri joined Elsevier in 2020, and is Head of Customer Data, steering the customer master data initiatives whilst making sure that business and IT work together. Her goal is to ensure the accuracy, consistency and accountability for the shared customer data assets across Elsevier. Prior to Elsevier Henri worked for the Nielsen Company for over 15 years in a range of roles covering strategy, operations and data science.
