Bryony Rochester

Bryony has led Business analysis disciplines for ten years expanding into Business change in 2021. She promotes a focus on curiosity of approach and skills driven development. Her leadership style is driven by behaviours reflecting her core values and a desire to always be learning and growing.

Her experience is across the Media sector with time at The Economist, News UK and the FT. She has worked with multiple European media companies, co-facilitating the first FT Strategies client engagements to mentor company leaders in aligning their approach to business outcomes. 

She is a facilitator for change and a previous main stage speaker at European and Global Business Analysis conferences speaking on Leadership, why behaviours matter to discipline excellence and Agile Analysis effectiveness.

Outside of work she runs half marathons, plays tennis too much and wants to know more about wine and champagne production
