Becky has extensive Business Analysis experience leading teams to scope and shape strategic, innovative, technology enabled programmes that deliver benefit to both the business and the end users. Working within the private and public sectors, including 10+ years within the UK Defence and Security sector, Becky uses Agile delivery methods and takes advantage of her UX background to ensure that the programme deliverables focus on the users’ needs and deliver the right outcomes. Recent work has focused on Future of Work initiatives, strategic innovation and embedding user experience within the BA capability toolkit.
