Alison Fairclough

Alison Fairclough is the IIBA UK Communities Director for the North of England and Scotland and the Head of Business Analysis and Practice Lead at Handelsbanken UK. Alison has worked in business analysis-related roles stretching over an 18-year period, with the majority of her time spent in the field of Banking and Finance. Alison is particularly passionate about the community of practice and career pathways. She is a strong advocate for the BA profession and uses her positions, both in and outside of her workplace, to promote the role and reach of the discipline in all ways possible.
