Building in Business Change, Transformation and Service Design created some fabulously diverse discussions. I loved the people centric topics and the way AI was discussed this year - it felt materially different to the usual way these topics were presented. I find the IRM team to be excellent event organisers - providing a great platform for collaboration. Great agenda, well timed breaks for collaboration. Well done and thank you.
