Call for Speakers: Share Your Expertise at the Enterprise and Business Architecture Conference Europe 2026
The Enterprise and Business Architecture Conference Europe 2026 Call for Speakers is now officially open, welcoming architects, strategists and transformation leaders to submit proposals for this year’s programme. Co-located with the Business Change and Transformation Conference Europe and the Service Design Conference Europe, EBA 2026 brings together three complementary communities shaping how organisations design for change and deliver meaningful outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
We welcome proposals from experienced speakers and first-time presenters alike. Whether you are working in enterprise architecture, business architecture, strategy development, operating model design, capability mapping or transformation leadership, your knowledge could help others move forward with clarity and confidence.
We are accepting proposals for:
• 30 or 40 minute conference sessions
• 45 to 60 minute keynotes
• 3 hour and 6 hour workshops
• Panels, roundtables or alternative interactive formats
Topics of interest include:
• Capability and operating model design
• Strategic alignment and enterprise transformation
• Value streams and business architecture practice maturity
• The evolving role of architects in digital and AI-enabled organisations
• Governance, decision making and enterprise wide collaboration
• Portfolio management, strategic planning and benefits realisation
• Lessons learned from real world architecture and transformation initiatives
If your work supports stronger organisational design, better strategic decision making or improved business outcomes, your topic is a strong match for EBA 2026.
How to Create a Strong Proposal
Your abstract should be clear, concise and written in the third person. Aim for around 150 words describing the session, plus 3 to 5 takeaways that summarise what participants will learn.
Effective proposals often include:

• Practical methods and frameworks
• Honest reflections on challenges and outcomes
• Actionable ideas that delegates can apply immediately
• Fresh thinking that moves beyond theory
Sales oriented sessions are not accepted. We seek authentic stories, new approaches and practical insights from across the architecture and transformation community.
