
Ute Brönner
Ute Brönner is a senior advisor on data governance and value creation at the Norwegian Public Roads Administration. Her work focuses on developing principles, frameworks, and practices for data governance across the organisation, with particular attention to the data lifecycle, data quality, and the establishment of an extensive data catalogue. She aims to strengthen data management, improve interoperability, and enable better data-driven decisions.
Before joining the Public Roads Administration, Ute worked at SINTEF Ocean as a researcher, research manager, and senior project manager, focusing on environmental modelling, risk assessment, marine technology, and digital transformation in ocean research and technology. She has contributed to several EU projects on Digital Twins of the Ocean and to the UN Ocean Decade Data & Information Strategy.
Ute combines technical expertise with a strategic understanding of organisational data needs, supporting effective governance and sustainable data use across sectors.
