Tim Donovan

Tim Donovan – Tim has served in the Ministry of Defence for over 20 years, initially as a Software Developer and more recently as a Data Quality Manager. His career has been largely based within Defence Equipment and Support (DE&S), where he has contributed to a variety of teams and initiatives. Tim is part of the organisation’s Data Governance Office, focusing on enhancing data quality across all areas and aligning those improvements with broader Ministry of Defence objectives.
