An experienced data and analytics practice lead, focussed on growth and commercial aspects as well as nurturing an effective team of practitioners delivering quality solutions to clients. Having gone through multiple data disciplines covering end to end solutions, my mission is to deliver pragmatic solutions to clients challenges with special attention to culture and ways of working to make any solution sustainable and embedded into the organisation operating model.

Passionate about client work and influencing the data culture of the organisation through education and training. My focus gravitates towards data excellence, specialising in foundational disciplines such as business data modelling, data architecture, data management, data governance to manage business data risk and data debt. With a pragmatic business and data architecture mindset, I lead the definition and implementation of the business data strategy focussing on data enabled and value add services to contribute to the digitalisation and transformation of the business. I specialise in maturing the organisation in their data driven journey, through data, analytics and literacy strategies to protect as well as to exploit data.
