Sasha Aganova

Sasha Aganova, a Managing Partner at Process Renewal Consulting Group, is an accomplished Business Architect with over 25 years of experience. She has built end-to-end Business Architectures for more than a dozen companies, led over 50 performance improvement projects, and guided the establishment of several Process Management Centers of Excellence. Sasha has trained hundreds of professionals and serves as a judge for the EA & BPM Best Practice Europe Awards. In addition to her consulting work, she teaches Process Improvement and Business Architecture design course at the University of Toronto.
