Samantha Ng

Samantha Ng has had ~20 years of experience in strategy and risk management across consulting and financial services. After spending her early career at McKinsey and leading a strategy team at Credit Suisse, Sam worked with two CEOs as part of their core team at Deutsche Bank, before taking on the role of Chief of Staff in the Corporate and Investment Bank, and leading Non-Financial Risk Transformation for the Chief Risk Office. She was one of ~40 of the bank’s most senior female MDs as part of its elite Schneider-Lenné cadre. As part of a portfolio career, Sam now runs a risk consulting and executive coaching practice, and is a co-opted member of the Audit and Risk Committee at the University of York. She currently works with start-ups across the UK and US (Silicon Valley) which are active in the AI space to help them build and grow impact-led businesses ethically.
