Penny Pullan

Dr Penny Pullan mentors business analysts, as well as helping organisations to grapple with complexity (wicked problems, virtual/hybrid teams, disengaged stakeholders, leadership challenges). In both settings, she comes up against ethics and dilemmas. She’s exploring this through current research on ‘The Ethics of Inclusion’. Recognised as an IAF Master Facilitator, Penny has been facilitating change through her company Making Projects Work Ltd since 2007. Penny’s clients find that clarity, creativity, connection, collaboration and confidence grow when they apply her methods.

Penny has authored, co-authored and edited a number of books including: ‘Making Workshops Work’, ‘Managing Successful Programmes’, ‘Virtual Leadership’, ‘Making Risk Management Work’ and ‘BA Leadership’.
