Paul Dongha

Dr Paul Dongha leads Responsible AI and AI Strategy at one of the UK’s largest banks, NatWest, driving ethical, regulatory and strategic adoption of AI across the group. Previously, he was Head of Data & AI Ethics at Lloyds Banking Group. Beyond corporate boardrooms Paul actively participates in international forums, policy discussions and projects aimed at setting global standards for responsible AI. Paul teaches a Generative AI class at Harvard Business School at MBA level and holds a PhD in agentic Artificial Intelligence, and MSc and BSc in Computer Science.
