Oli Ferriman is Co-Managing Director of HSM Advisory, working alongside Professor Lynda Gratton of London Business School. Drawing from 16 years of Future of Work research with 200+ organisations, Oli’s mission is to create BetterWork by bringing imagination, creativity and fun to organisational transformation.

His unconventional path – spanning the worlds of theatre, start-up, finance and consulting – proved the power in unlocking imagination. Using immersive and creative tools – from LEGO® Serious Play® to improv – he transforms abstract strategy into hands-on breakthroughs.
