Michael Greenhalgh

Michael Greenhalgh is the head of business architecture at Places for People and has 25 years’ experience working in the global financial services, charity/public body, pharmaceutical, social enterprise and housing sectors. Michael has set up global practices in business architecture, analysis, and improvement, and is an advocate, mentor and contributor to professional communities, conferences and networks across these fields, as well as a contributing author to BCS Business Architecture – A comprehensive guide. Michael holds an MBA from the Open University, IIBA CBAP and Lean Six Sigma Black belt.
