Manuel Leclerc

Manuel Leclerc is Business Transformation Manager within the IT Division of Cornèr Banca, where he has worked since 1998. After more than 20 years in digital marketing leadership roles, he transitioned into Business Process Management to support enterprise transformation through structured governance and operating model design.

Working with a transversal mandate in a highly regulated environment, Manuel focuses on embedding BPM capabilities into the IT operating model. His role involves aligning value streams, governance models, and regulatory requirements while driving change without formal line authority.

His approach centres on decentralised process ownership, scalable governance structures, and measurable continuous improvement. By working closely with control functions, process owners, and CIO-level stakeholders, he ensures that architecture, risk, and change management remain structurally integrated and performance-driven.
