Maddie Stark

Maddie Stark is an expert in behaviour change and a specialist in managing organisational culture with a focus on digital transformation and service design. For almost 10 years, Maddie has been developing and delivering training at SCVO in this area, leading SCVO’s ground-breaking Digital Senior Leaders Programme. Maddie has a strong background in supporting voluntary organisations in Scotland to embrace digital to manage and influence organisational change and culture. Maddie has also been championing the Scottish Approach to Service Design and, as one of the co-founders of Digital for Good, promoting the benefits of adopting lean and agile methodologies.
