Lorne Mitchell

Lorne Mitchell is a Fellow of the BCS and a seasoned business strategy consultant and industry facilitator. His career spans over 40 years of leadership from the military through the telecoms industry and into large-scale IT transformation projects. Through his career, Lorne has become more and more convinced that Emotional Intelligence is one of the key attributes for any successful change agent. He has developed the three Es approach to Emotional Architecture to allow aspiring leaders and enterprise architects to understand that the “soft” side of business change is just as, if not more important than the hard technical stuff we all have to learn to our jobs.
