Lidija Karaga

Lidija Karaga is one of the three co-founders of Solvership and currently serves as CEO. Before co-founding the company, she honed her expertise in specialist roles at Kaptol Banka, Agrokor, and SAS Institute. She holds a degree in IT Management from the Faculty of Economics & Business, University of Zagreb.

At Solvership, Lidija is responsible for continuously developing consultants’ skills and competencies, safeguarding ISO 9001-aligned delivery quality, and resolving key challenges in project governance. She is actively involved in the firm’s most complex projects—primarily in planning process support systems, financial consolidation, and strategic consulting—where she contributes as a project manager, business analyst, and lead solution designer.
