Kholod Al Qahtani is a seasoned Data Governance Manager with extensive experience in driving national data management and compliance initiatives. She holds a Master’s degree in Cybersecurity from King Faisal University and is a certified CDMP Practitioner. Kholod has over four years of experience in developing data governance frameworks, enhancing organizational data maturity, and aligning strategic objectives with regulatory requirements. She has represented Saudi Arabia at international conferences, including presenting her paper “Data Governance and Digital Transformation in Saudi Arabia” at ICICTD 2022. Her work focuses on enabling secure, compliant, and value-driven data ecosystems to support national digital transformation programs. Kholod is passionate about advancing best practices in data governance and empowering organizations to unlock the full potential of their data assets.
