As Founder and former CEO of Untapped AI, she built an AI enabled coaching business that reached more than 10,000 leaders across FTSE and NASDAQ organisations including JPMorgan, Accenture and National Grid. Her work now focuses on the shift to a human & agent workforce and the role leaders must play in making their organisations truly ready for it.
