Keith Douglas
Keith Douglas is the Data Governance Lead at Aer Lingus, where he built the Data Quality Operating Model that moved remediation out of slideware and into daily practice, combining observability signals, lineage-based routing, and simple SLAs. The approach remediated 300+ incidents, shortened time to fix and delivered €-quantified benefits that helped fund the programme. Before Aer Lingus, Keith started as a data engineer, he was a Director at EY and previously held data leadership and consulting roles at PwC and Lookers PLC. He holds an MA in Economics from the University of Aberdeen. Keith speaks on practical, tool-agnostic ways to implement data governance, data quality and make data ownership real and valuable.
