Karen is passionate about connecting people with data, emphasizing the importance of data literacy and fostering a culture of data excellence.

She has successfully rolled out master data management software and created roles to support business needs. With expertise in master data management, data governance, and people-oriented leadership, Karen is dedicated to improving data literacy and highlighting the human aspect of data management. Outside of work, she enjoys learning new things, spending time with her family outdoors, and connecting with nature.
