Jörg Ziemann

Dr. Jörg Ziemann is a practitioner, author and university lecturer in the field of Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM), process digitalization, data analytics & AI. Since 2018, he has been a senior enterprise architect for the Lufthansa Group, since 2014 being responsible for Lufthansa’s group-wide data & insights architecture. Prior to this, he was a senior enterprise architect and project lead in the finance industry. After studying business information systems amongst other at the University of California, he started his career as an international project lead at the German Research Center for Artificial Intelligence (DFKI). Since 2016 he is also a lecturer for EAM at the University of Hannover. Apart from that he was a reviewer for several conferences and journals, and reviews IT research projects for European Agencies. He published 40+ scientific and industrial articles, various books and was a speaker on 50+ national and international conferences. His latest book “Fundamentals of Enterprise Architecture Management” was published by Springer in July 2022.
