Jonathan Evans
Jonathan has spent over 17 years working to solve Talent, Organisational and Change challenges, in roles across consulting and industry. He is passionate about empowering leaders and teams to innovate and change, by developing and executing progressive HR strategies, to deliver business and commercial outcomes.
In his current role as a Director, Human Resources – Ambition 2030: Axial, he is accountable for the people strategy for the Axial program, the largest Transformation Programme in the companies’ history and a key enabler for AstraZeneca’s growth, unlocking critical future capabilities for the enterprise and critical to realisiing the true value of AI.
He particularly enjoys drawing on experience in executive search, workforce planning, project management, to think about new ways of attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.
