Jody has extensive experience in discovering, analysing and delivering business change. Recent experience includes implementing successful business processes and operating models, building and leading high-performing teams and transforming the business cost base.

Most recently Jody has been leading the Business Analysis chapter in BT’s Global Division, comprising of up to 90 Business Analysis managers and professionals. She designed and continually evolved the BA standards with the team, building a culture of excellence and empowerment to enable BAs to perform at their best with industry-standard tools and techniques at their fingertips
