Jenna Cusworth-Bolger is Senior Service Designer within the Newborns Programme at Genomics England. Over a career of 20 years Jenna has worked to implement human centred design deep within NHS settings as well as having significant experience designing products and services around user need in a vast range of sectors from energy to publishing to childcare.
