Eilish Meehan

Eilish Meehan is the Head of the HSC Demographics Service and is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Northern Ireland Demographic Identity Service (NIDIS). This service ensures that every patient in Northern Ireland is uniquely identified and assigned a Health and Care Number (HCN) or NHS Number.
