Dennis Kessler

Over a 25-year period Dennis has lived and worked in Hong Kong, Osaka, London, and Basel in Switzerland, and for the last eight years has been based in Luxembourg. Dennis has held various data governance leadership positions in international institutions and organisations including the Bank for International Settlements, European Investment Bank, Amazon, Clearstream/Deutsche Bourse Group, among others.

Dennis is a non-executive director and Board member of devBlink.AI, an AI startup, and also an invited expert contributing to the EU’s new AI Code of Practice initiative to support implementation of the EU’s new AI Act. This is why Dennis is ready to illuminate the subtle mysteries of how AI Governance, regulatory compliance and Data Governance can save lives and boost AI innovation.
