Over the last 10 years, I’ve had the privilege of establishing data governance frameworks at two different organisations: Tesco Bank and Royal London. These ​experiences have taught me invaluable lessons about what works well and what doesn’t. Most importantly, I’ve learned that no two approaches are ever the same. Success in data governance relies on listening to people, understanding the culture, and shaping a framework that fits the organisation’s unique needs and goals.​

I would like to speak to your conference about the approach I’ve taken to define, secure buy-in for, and implement a new data governance framework at Royal London over the past year.
