Craig Rollason
As an interim Business Analysis Manager, I specialize in helping clients build high-performing BA teams tailored to their unique business and project environments. I assess team structures, individual skill sets, commercial arrangements, and professional development opportunities, ensuring a strong foundation for success. My passion lies in empowering people and teams to achieve their goals through facilitation, coaching, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
Beyond my role, I am deeply committed to sharing knowledge and insights as a speaker, author, and trainer. I have been a regular presenter at the UK Business Analysis Conference, delivering sessions on:
- Building a High-Performance BA Practice
- Career Crafting for BAs
- Remote Work for BAs
- Core Capabilities of Business Analysts (Closing Keynote)
- BA Manager Reflective Walking Tour & BA Skills Crossover with Samaritans (2025)
In 2024, I served on the panel selecting the BA of the Year, further supporting excellence in the profession. As a Chartered IT Professional (CITP) with BCS, I contributed to the the latest BCS course book on business analysis and have been recognized in Coaching at Work magazine for my contributions to coaching BA staff for high performance.
I strongly believe in giving back and actively contribute to professional and personal development initiatives. I have coached young teachers, led conference tracks, and currently volunteer with A Band of Brothers—mentoring young men in Coventry and Warwickshire who have encountered the criminal justice system. Additionally, I serve as a Samaritans listening volunteer, offering vital emotional support to those in need.
