Craig is an Associate Partner of Glue Reply with over 15 years’ experience delivering change and transformation programmes across a variety of industries including healthcare, housing, legal, telecommunications and retail. Craig’s background is centred in business & enterprise architecture as well as change management and was first introduced to service design 8 years ago. Since then he has become passionate about combining the service design thinking approach to user experience with the architectural rigour to building your business efficiently.

Craig is part of the leadership team of Glue Reply, whom design, manage and run a number of high profile services and transformation programmes including some national critical applications for valued clients such as Disclosure & Barring Service, NHS Blood & Transplant, Home Office, L&Q Housing, Linklaters, Generali & Carnival Cruises.
