Colleen Henderson

With over 15 years experience spanning central and local government, Colleen is passionate about the value of Service Design. She is trained in the Scottish Approach to Service Design and introduced and grew Service design capabilities and maturity whilst at Aberdeenshire Council where she worked in Business analysis and project management, latterly as the Service Manager for Business change, spearheading a major programme of Transformation for the organisation with service design fully embedded in its approach.

Colleen is a passionate coach and mentor and particularly committed to supporting the women in tech female leadership pipeline.
