In addition to her engineering work, Claudia is a strong advocate for diversity in tech. She is passionate about supporting and empowering women to pursue and build successful careers in technology, data and AI. She contributes to this mission through speaking engagements, mentorship, and community involvement, serving on the committee of Women in ICT (Insurance, Consultancy, and Technology) and mentoring with Rewriting the Code.
