Christopher, a Business Change Manager at Whitbread, has spent 13 years with the organisation. Having spent many years in hospitality and in frontline operational roles, he brings a deep understanding of how change truly lands for teams and how to balance transformation with day-to-day realities. Over the past four years, Christopher has led business change for one of Whitbread’s largest technology transformations, delivering a nationwide network infrastructure upgrade across 1,200+ hotels and restaurants. His focus has been readiness, adoption, and embedding change at scale, working closely with operational teams, technology partners, and senior stakeholders. More recently, he has driven the business change and engagement strategy for AI adoption, supporting Copilot rollout and digital upskilling for 26,000 colleagues. Passionate about making technology accessible and human, Christopher is known for his high energy, collaborative approach, and ability to bridge the gap between technology and people to deliver meaningful outcomes.
