Chris Rourke

Chris is the founder and Executive Director of User Vision, one of the UK’s leading independent UX, service design and accessibility consultancies. He has led user research and applied to improve user experiences for clients worldwide across several sectors, including finance, government and travel. He is fascinated by the evolution of the user experience field, its relationship to business analysis and the impact of AI. He is the UK National Expert for the International UX Qualification Board, which provides comprehensive training that promotes the user-centred design process based on international standards. His personal UX passions include creating information architecture, inclusive design and ensuring solutions address user tasks, not just business goals.
