Chloë Gray

Chloe has over 20 years’ experience as an IT Leader and Enterprise Architect working in Financial Services and Manufacturing within global brands, at Board level – accountable for Technology Strategy, Transformation and Enterprise Architecture Practice. With an academic background in HRM, and early career in internal audit & consultancy leading into Process Architecture management, Chloe offers an alternative view on Enterprise Architecture. Recently Chloe was awarded ‘Role Model of Year 2023’ and finalist for ‘IT Leader of Year’ at the Women in Tech Excellence Annual Awards. As a longstanding advocate in diversity and inclusion in the tech and specifically EA sector, Chloe has supported with mentoring, STEM, and is recognised as an experienced Keynote Speaker for EA.
