Annika-Marie Leick

Annika is a senior user research consultant for SPARCK (BJSS), currently collaborating on a national healthcare project with the NHS. Her academic background and passion lie in psychology (BSc) and behavioural sciences (MSc), which she has applied as a behavioural scientist and user researcher across different consultancies, working with a diverse range of clients predominantly in Digital Health, FinTech, and Commerce.

At the heart of Annika’s approach is a dedication to the “human” aspect of “human-centred design”. Advocating for the integration of established behavioural science insights with the meticulous application of primary, mixed-methods research, she strives for positive behavioural change and impactful outcomes of her work, benefitting both users and businesses alike.
When she doesn’t nerd out about behavioural research, she’s practicing and teaching yoga, trains in Jiu-Jitsu, travels, cooks, or cuddles her cat.
