Andy Bradley is Head of Strategy and Adoption at Telefónica Tech UK&I. He leads the development of frameworks that shape how clients structure, scale, and realise value from their data.

Andy is the creator of Telefónica Tech’s Governance Accelerator Programme (GAP), a practical framework for deploying data governance at enterprise scale and maturing capability through measurable, outcome-driven phases. His work combines strategic design with hands-on implementation, helping organisations move from policy-led governance to governance as a product.

With a background spanning healthcare, finance, and property sectors, Andy focuses on connecting governance to business impact with clarity, confidence, and compliance. He regularly advises on data strategy, ownership, and operating model design, positioning governance as the foundation of every modern data platform.
