Alyssa Ali

Alyssa is a Business Change Manager at the British Library, currently supporting a major transformation programme to implement a new suite of strategic library service systems. Her work centres on preparing the organisation for these changes through coordinated efforts to support staff in understanding and adopting new systems.

Alyssa began her career at the British Library in 2018 as a Business Administration apprentice in the Endangered Archives Programme, working with global partners to digitise at‑risk archival material. She has since held roles collaborating with public libraries to develop business support services for local start‑ups, aspiring entrepreneurs and small businesses. She has also managed refurbishment projects in the Library’s public catering spaces, taking projects from planning stages through to successful on‑site delivery.
