Adamantia Velonis

Adamantia Velonis is a lawyer and digital/IT strategy expert. She is currently the Global Director of IT Strategy at L.E.K. Consulting, specialising in AI governance, digital transformation and change management. With an LLB (Hons), LLM (Banking & Finance), and a current legal practising certificate, she brings a blend of legal, technical, and operational expertise to her role. A Certified Change Management Professional, certified Business Relationship Management Professional and AI Governance Professional (AIGP) (pending), Adamantia develops comprehensive governance frameworks and works across disciplines to ensure responsible and effective AI adoption. She has spearheaded an AI upskilling program for more than 70 IT professionals, and chaired the Change Advisory Board for AI deployments. She is a member of the IAPP, Law Institute of Victoria and the IAAA. She is also a published author in the Insolvency Law Journal, reflecting her engagement with academic discourse.
