Session Formats

  • Workshops: Offered as half-day (3 hours) or full-day (6 hours) sessions

What We’re Looking For

We prioritise sessions that are practical, case study-driven, and grounded in real-world experience. Attendees consistently value:

Our events cover a broad spectrum of themes in business technology and service innovation. We are looking for a range of topics that appeal to a vast audience including foundational and advanced topics.

Submission Requirements

When submitting your proposal, please include the following:

  1. Presentation Title – Clear and descriptive
  2. Session Abstract – One or two paragraphs outlining the session content
  3. Key Takeaways – 3–5 bullet points that summarise the core messages
  4. Speaker Bio – Brief overview of your background, current role, and organisation
  5. Speaking Experience – Summary of past conference presentations (if applicable)

If you are a first-time speaker, that’s perfectly fine – just let us know. We value fresh voices and diverse experiences.

Additional Notes

We are open to receiving proposals outside the listed topics if they align with the broader theme and audience needs. Each event’s programming team will review submissions and select presentations that best align with the objectives of the conference.
