The Business Change and Transformation Conference Europe 2026 Call for Speakers is now officially open, inviting practitioners, leaders and innovators to share their insights at one of Europe’s most influential transformation events. Co-located with the Enterprise and Business Architecture Conference Europe and the Service Design Conference Europe, this three-conference experience brings together communities shaping strategy, architecture, service design and organisational change. Our guiding theme for 2026 captures the heart of meaningful transformation: From User Need to Seamless Service – Make Every Interaction Count.

What We’re Looking For
BCT 2026 invites proposals from both seasoned speakers and first-time presenters. If you have a real-world story, a proven method, a transformation framework or a set of lessons learned from implementing change, your insights could have a significant impact on our community.
We welcome proposals for:
• Conference sessions (30 or 40 minutes)
• Keynotes
• Half-day and full-day workshops
• Panels, roundtables or other interactive formats
Key topic areas include:
• AI’s role in organisational change and decision-making
• Digital transformation and enterprise agility
• Change leadership and future workforce capabilities
• Service design approaches that elevate user and customer experiences
• Sustainability and ESG-driven change
• Data-informed decision-making and operating model evolution
• Culture, collaboration and new ways of working
If your topic supports better change outcomes or contributes to seamless, user-centred service delivery, it’s a strong fit for BCT 2026.
What Makes a Strong Proposal
A great proposal is:
• Clear, concise and written in third person
• Up to 150 words plus 3–5 bullet point takeaways
• Practical rather than theoretical
• Focused on insights that delegates can apply
• Centered on experience, not product promotion
We’re especially interested in stories of transformation: successes, challenges, lessons learned and new approaches that can help delegates rethink how change gets done.
