Vicky Bichard

Vicky Bichard is the Lead Service Designer at Medway Council. She has applied service design principles and techniques to a wide range of public sector services including waste, frontline services, housing and homelessness, and back-office processes. Vicky will be sharing her practical experience in evaluating and redesigning services and providing her “insider secrets” and approaches to ensuring services are engaged in service redesign.
