Vadim discovered his passion for Business Analysis at the intersection of his training as a psychologist and his deep interest in information technology. With years of business and IT experience in his backpack, he now focuses on training and coaching best practices to the analysts at Colruyt Group IT and on building a thriving BA community where knowledge sharing is second nature.
