Usha is a passionate business analyst and architect with 20 years of experience in telecommunications and customer engagement & loyalty industries; working across all areas of software development lifecycle, business change, business analysis and business architecture. With a curiosity in understanding and solving complex business problems through the application of business analysis tools, techniques and skills. She is TOGAF certified and holds a BCS Diploma in Business Analysis. She has been instrumental in establishing and embedding the role of a business analyst in a digital transformation program with a scaled agile (SAFe) framework.
