Tilde Koefoed Frisdahl has been integral to the team’s journey from the early stages. Originally a member of a team of two, Tilde has been growing the area to now managing a team of seven people. With over a decade of expertise in organizational transformation, Tilde has been instrumental in developing and implementing structured frameworks, tools, and training programs that enhance ROCKWOOL’s change management capabilities. Her extensive expertise, high professionalism, and strong people focus make her a highly sought-after resource both within and outside of ROCKWOOL. Tilde holds an MSc in IT Business from the IT University of Copenhagen and has previously worked on major transformation programs in the IT and public health sectors.
