Stephen is a Business Architecture and Analysis Leader with 27 years’ experience within financial services. Stephen has experience establishing and developing Business Architecture teams, expanding both their reach and influence across organisations.

He currently leads a thriving practice of 15 Business Architects who business partner across a dynamic FTSE 100 company. Passionate about the value business architecture can deliver into the business he has made it his mission to embed it into his current organisation.

Outside of work Stephen tries to be a trusted guide to his teenage children with partial success and travel as much as he can.
